So, like any, "OMGFREEPTHISNOW!" all it proves is that some people can figure out and take advantage of a programming flaw?
So important that the decision should immediately be removed from the purview of government. Voila! No further conflict!
He was not alone in this usage.
You have to examine the context of each usage and not just take what seems to be an anti-semitic statement and make what you believe to be profound commentaries on it.
Else you find yourself in the old "don't say nothin' 'bout the brother" syndrome.
Possibly.
Alas, it is always necessary to do so in your case.
Besides, you are continuing to confound the "young earth" crowd with Conservatism.
You sure you've been here before?
Frankly, there are much better things to do.
I didn't vote, either....
No. It simply wasn't. It was always an incidental rhetorical gloss at best.
Later, I commented to someone else:
Well, count your blessings. At least no one's called you a idolator or member of Al Qaeda.
To which you replied to me:
Alas, it is always necessary to do so in your case.
Lovely post. Thank you for writing a characteristic example of the bull-baiting and invective which these threads such a joy to read. It's a fitting follow-up to your post where you suggest science-minded people like me are going to round Christians up and put them into death camps.
Blah, blah blah. Not stepped over the line; 'Witnesed' may be a more apt word here.
Furthermore, it is a lie as as evidenced by the exposed posting habits of Creationists/IDers on the previous post on this site.
Some people feel justified to lie their their way through Life to achieve their ends in the name of their self righteous agenda and the further destruction and discrediting of this site and the Conservative Movement. To put it a way you might understand, these people are the Children of the Father of all Lies.
Hope this helps.
I do sense you're honest in your desire to learn more about this subject.
If you indeed do the research, though, I think you'll find that there's a lot more out there than you think, not just with regard to transitional fossils, but more especially genetic evidence. I'm not just talking resemblences in genetic codes, but specific places where encoding errors and evidence for specific mutations being passed down; as well as very specific predictions of genetic data, in some cases leading to specific predictions of what sort of fossils from what era would be found, and where.
This is tough stuff to wrap your brain around, I know, (I'm certainly no expert; when it comes to this subject, I'm a layperson, just like yourself, with a bit of personal interest in the subject) - but I do know that there have been leaps and bounds in the subject made in the last couple decades.
Unfortunately, none of it's anything one can learn in just a few minutes; I encourage you keep learning about this fascinating field, and just to keep alert for websites & other sources who are engaged in apologetics as opposed to science. Best of luck, and hope that we can avoid coming to differences over what can indeed be a touchy subject.
js, that lie is indicative of your own character.
The truth is the opposite; most of the pro-evo votes came from the same computer. This is what happens all the time, and one evo postor on this thread equated 'freeping' with dishonest voting. Evos don't have any respect for FR's goals and purposes, and don't belong here.
I can't even imagine why. Retarded spiritual development, I suppose.
Now support your claim regarding the previous poll.
Godel described the cheating at post 137, and then named the cheaters in post 186. One of the named persons admitted cheating in post 189, and the other admitted it in post 279.
The problem is that it is not a strawman, as the creationists take over the party, and they are, because they are getting louder and louder, those that are politically with the Republican party, but are scientifically literate, will leave it in droves, as I have been seeing.
This is not a strawman, it is a fact.
Sadly, this thread is in the Smokey Backroom where few of the Lurkers who would benefit the most from what you have to say will actually read it.
So Ive accumulated my favorite quotes from you on this thread and shall be posting them to a much higher visibility thread in the Religion Forum.
(Not only do they bear repeating but I wish to bookmark the the lot of them LOL!)
I'm sure that I have addressed this a few times before. Ascorbic acid, by itself is not what has classically been called 'vitamin C.' Ascorbic acid is merely a preservative, and has been found in studies to be incapable of curing scurvy, for example. The real vitamin c is a group of polyphenols found in many acidic fruits, and together they cure many things. No animal has yet been identified that produces a single one of the polyphenols that constitute 'vitamin C' even though some of them do produce ascorbic acid. How any of this could support the failed theory of evolution is beyond me. You are reaching in the dark.
You really are flailing around desperately aren't you?
That was an amazing post, it really truly was.
If self delusionment had a prize, you would win it hands down.
