Anyway, Michael stopped therapy for Terri a heck of a long time ago. Even so, she adapted to the feeding tube which we aren't even sure she actually needed. Terri was making great progress at the Mediplex Complex in Bradenton, FL. That was ruining plans for the boat, the vacation, all that stuff... "when's the bitch gonna die?"

When Terri started progressing, Mikey stopped it all. Too bad the judges didn't give Mikey the boot but I think they were complicit going way back. And, Greer was on the Guardianship Monitoring Committee and other state committees including the Pinellas Delegation to Tallahassee to ask for money for Pinellas. Greer essentially went to Tallahassee and begged Senator Jim King for funds for Pinellas County. Jim King very much wanted Terri dead so it was kind of a quid pro quo between Greer and King. The State will pay Pinellas Cty if you keep killing that girl. This information is verifiable. There is no judicial independence when a judge is in a delegation charged with requesting funds for their county.

Yes. His testimony in various court actions depended, not on the truth but on what he was after -- mainly revenge and money.

When he was after the malpractice money, he painted a glowing picture of Terri's progress, and how much he loved her, and how he would spend the rest of his life taking care of her, if they'd just pretty-please give him $20 million to take care of incidental expenses. The jury cut that 90% but Michael still got a lot more money than a part-time restaurant manager usually makes in a lifetime.

After he got the award, Michael warehoused Terri, cut off the therapy that the award was for and immediately bought himself a gold Acura sports car. All of his later testimony tried to paint her condition in the most negative possible terms. In the Felos years -- surprise! -- he followed Felos's scripts.

Once in a while, Michael stumbles and tells the truth on an important point.
