I haven't seen the Petition lately but I bet it doesn't include how Judge Greer commandeered all law enforcement in Pinellas County, essentially turning the community into a Police State for intimidation purposes of everyone who cared that Terri was being murdered including her parents, brother, sister and extended family. Judge Greer gave Michael Schiavo express permission to emotionally abuse Terri's blood relatives. Every time her parents crossed the street to go see her being tortured to death, if Michael Schiavo refused them admittance, the police MADE THEM GO BACK ACROSS THE STREET. They also had to show the POLICE PHOTO I.D. every time they went to see Terri. Her own family had to pass a checkpoint.

When we say that it was gestapo-land, we aren't kidding.

How does a Circuit Court Judge end up running a banana republic and directing the police forces to help KILL AN INNOCENT WOMAN? Just a circuit court judge wielding POWERS beyond the president's and the governor's.

(I keep coming back to blackmail. I don't know who was blackmailing who but TERRI had to go to protect somebody in addition to promoting the culture of death.)

The movie of what really happened would be an epic, putting the Davinci Code movie or Gone with the Wind to shame.

Terri's murder was an EPIC event.

Court TV and some other channels feature cold case files, Body of Evidence (which is Florida based), Forensic files, Dominic Dunne, and these shows grow in popularity. Yet even the most bizarre of the cases pales alongside this amazing atrocity and none of these shows are yet willing to take that bold step.

A detailed examination, exposure, and justice for the perps would be earthshaking, unparalleled. What an opportunity for the budding Columbo or anyone brave or innocent enough to dare meet this challenge!
