You know, I saw a little snippet of this on Fox just a minute ago and the thought popped into my head. I remember hearing Dompig saying in an interview that they had that radar going so there was no way that anyone could have snuck in or off the island in a boat. To me it looks like the GVC kid may have told them that "something" was dropped into the water. So if this is true, then Dompig was not telling the truth about how good the area was protected OR maybe he knew what happened?
I apologize if this in incoherent. Just got through talking to a real estate agent. arrrrrrrgggggggggh

So if this is true, then Dompig was not telling the truth about how good the area was protected It makes perfect sense to me, just as stated. I think Dompig has not told the truth about a lot of things.

Dompig has known all along that Koen Gottenbos's boat was used the night after Natalee disappeared. The assistant prosecutor resigned over this because Dompig refused to bring Koen in. Only the father came in.
Koen was Joran's original alibi that they were playing tennis together and that alibi was blown early on.
the gottenbos have left Aruba
