Darwin and Wallace were in the 19th century; also, almost all scientists accepted evolution within 20 years of Darwin publishing the Origin of Species.

So what? As I posted before, the Theory of Evolution does not stand or fall on the number of cells in the human body. Where do you get this stuff?
