Apparently, this guy, Leon Parrish of the Board of Supervisors of Amherst County here in VA, found it.

"Parrish tells The News & Advance of Lynchburg that he doesn't think the county should be promoting anything that's offensive to anyone." (This is regarding the removal of the Confederate Flag from the County Seal)

It's amazing that some of these people are smart enough to breathe without being reminded.
