Asimov was an atheist.
Whether intellignet design is valid or not is inconsequential to this case.
Its all about another unwarrented, unconstitutional intrusion of the Federal Courts into an issue which should rightly be determined by the people through their elected official - in this case the School Board.
I hope they wait until Alito is appointed, then appeal it.

"Asimov was an atheist."
Yes, and?
"Whether intellignet design is valid or not is inconsequential to this case."
Whether it is an attempt to bring creationism into the classroom through the backdoor IS relevant.
"Its all about another unwarrented, unconstitutional intrusion of the Federal Courts into an issue which should rightly be determined by the people through their elected official - in this case the School Board."
So, the students of Dover have no right not to be taught a religious idea (ID) in a science class?
"I hope they wait until Alito is appointed, then appeal it."
This case is dead. They were caught lying on the stand. They better hope that perjury charges are not brought up instead of thinking about appealing anything.

I hope they wait until Alito is appointed, then appeal it.The school board that made this stupid policy was fired by the voters. There will never be an appeal.
