The judge ruled that because they didn't do THAT, it was invalid.

More reason for being overturned. It is not the business of a federal judge to decide which texts get stickers and which don't.

Why should it be up to a school board? As we can see from Dover, most schoolboard members wouldn't know what science was even if it was taught to them in the 9th grade.

In the Dover case, ID finally got their debate with scientists, and they got schooled but good. No theatrics, just good and honest exchange of ideas, and they were found wanting ON EVERY LEVEL. There is no whitewashing from the DI that can change that.
