According Arleen Ellis-Schipper the Kalpoe brother has been brought back in to custody on charges specifically related to the Holloway investigation, not new charges for a different case. Arleen semi corrected Tito Lacle from a comment that he had made earlier in the day that there were new facts and circumstances pertaining to the Natalee Hollow. However, it appears that both seem to agree in principle why the Kalpoes have been rearrested.
