It is my humble opinion that PVDS knows it all! He's not flunking his judge tests for nothing. This man wants to stay Judge of Instruction where he can keep his friends from ever getting in front of a real judge. I think his attempts to pass the real judge test is a ruse to cover for his wanting to stay where he is, since it would SEEM that becoming a real judge would be the logical step in such a career progression. He can't just SAY he likes it where he is. I recall something my Dad of long ago...telling my age here....said. He was in charge of giving tests to Army draftees way back when. He said it was obvious which ones failed the tests on purpose just to keep from being taken into the Army and those were the ones they took anyway because they were smart enough to know how to fail a test they should not have failed. I think PVDS fails those tests on purpose so he can keep the ring safe.
