Unless she has incontrovertible proof that the brothers were indeed accessories to murder (PROOF, which we haven't heard so far, not hunches or gut feelings), she is wrong to call them criminals publicly, tie them to a murder, and ask entire nations to not allow them entry. I agree on this. We don't know what they did that night. They could have dropped Sloot and Natalee off. I haven't seen proof either. She may even be alive yet.

I'm sorry to have to say that I agree that Beth shouldn't have made that plea today. It showed how desperate she has become with all of this.
BTW, We can't prove Natalee is alive either, but there is more common sense that says she isn't.

Let's see, they lied to the authorities and took part in a cover up, which kept two innocent men in jail. That's criminal. Would you call them girl scouts?
