I have NEVER EVER put Beth Holloway down, and remain totally sympathtic toward her plight, as most everyone else has done on this thread.
OTOH, I can see both sides, and will remain sympathatic toward Joran's Mother.
NOBODY knows if Joran's Mother OR father really know what happened that night. Not even Beth can say that for a fact. So pardon me if I don't condemn them to hell for telling their son to "shut up". Nothing unusual about that and under the same circumstances, I'd do the same..

I am having my last word with you on this.
I have condemned no one to hell.
I have said, and continue to say, that my sympathy is with the Holloways. And the Sloots brought up a son who was out of control, had a short fuse, was allowed to drink, gamble, sneak out, etc. And he was the last person to see her alive. And he has lied, his parents have told him not to talk, his father is a weak failed man and his mother, I don't know about her.
But to say I have condemned anyone to hell is not true. I have little sympathy for them as they are alive, lying and continuing to exist. And Natalee does not.
If you can see both sides, fine with me. But I do not and do not appreciate being lectured about it.
And I will not sit still when people start the blame the Holloways. And I reserve my sympathy for those who elicit it. Not for the Sloots. They are on their own.
As if any of our sympathy matters. But smearing a young woman, and bringing pain to her parents does. And the Sloots have done that and now their sympathisers and minions are doing the same thing.
I am not going to respond to anything else on this subject.
