Yeah, I feel that way about it too. However, the Lord has specifically stated we are not to rejoice at the sinners fall. In the interim the Lord is letting Joran's pride swell, and there will be a point when he will fall. Scott Petersen is a prime example. He will be punished.

Very good point. "Pride cometh before a fall"!! Peterson is an excellent example of that.
