SM:

Live Statement being read by the court reporter.

The Judge has released immediately Deepak and Satish Kalpoe. Joran has been kept for 60 days, but will be able to have his lawyer present during interrogations.

Rumor:

This just came in but it makes a great deal of sense so I am passing it on. I do not have confirmation but I wanted to pass it on.

Joran’s attorney will file a motion for reconsideration (appeal) of the judge’s decision today. If the lack of evidence that forced the release of the Kalpoe brothers is true , we can expect the motion may be successful. This would mean Joran van der Sloot could be released by next weekend.

Of course there will be an appeal for JVDS. The fix is in and this move is likely the only reason he wasn't released today as the Judge knows the 3-jugdge panel will reverse today's decision.

This is not good. Those Kalpoe brothers are at the very least accessories to the crime. They assisted in the kidnapping; possibly they provided the drugs.

Will Deepak get his job back at the cybercafe?
If so, he'd better watch his back.

I bet both of these slimeballs take off for Surinam at the soonest possible moment.

Look for Joran to walk two months from now.

God damn Aruba!!!
