I did not think that they would release any of the 3 at this point anyway.
Don't they have to have new evidence at each hearing?

Fox TV News: Deepak's hearing also concluded, lawyers for the suspects say "They feel good about how it went" for their clients.
No reports of any new evidence against the two brothers as of now.
The Holloway / Twitty family in court house lobby, but not actually attending hearing.
The Mother of the Kalpoe brothers also present, angry with American press, believes in son's innocence.
It is thought that if any of the suspects are released the family of Natalee Holloway will hold a press conference. Some speculate they may then begin speaking out about information that have but have not shared with public.
charles croes on RW.
In which section?
I heard either Twitty or Hollaway make that threat the other night. Or maybe it was Beth.
But one thing is for sure. As they say in my part of the country...They weren't just whistlin' Dixie.
US Media & local Media having some words exchange in front of courthouse. This are heating up.

12:27 Satish has been seen leaving the courthouse in handcuffs with his head down. This is not a determination of what the situation is, just a report. Fox reported that there should be some information in the next hour or so.
12:38 Jug and Beth Twitty have been allowed in the court house lobby, not the courtroom to witness the proceedings. They just reported We have not learned anything yet.
12:41 The evidence for Satish and Deepak Kalpoe has been presented.
12:42 The hearing is on hold for a Lunch Break. The Kalpoes mother is angry at the American Media. No new evidence has been presented according to the defense attorneys.

Are you an Aruban citizen? If you are, then that explains your selective knowledge capacity!!! NSNR
Whoa...I'd like to see those exchanges. Hey! FOXNEWS!
Why aren't your cameras there 'live'?
It's probably not a sound thing that I think Shango makes sense :)
When you consider the viability of this theory though it sheds a different light on statements attributed to Joran (the only mistake I made was not leaving her with an adult and she'll turn up in a few days at a crack house) or even the father (no body, no crime).
It also might explain why none of the suspects crack...they might not truly know her ultimate fate. In fact the only ultimate fate they may have a sense of is their own should they reveal where they actually went or who was there.

Ask his FOX or CNN how he walked away when a local guy starting telling him how he should take his sarcasm out of his voice when reporting about Aruba. Geraldo is all about ratings, he does not care! And yes he walked away. The local guy asked him "are you walking away?". He said "yes I'm walking away"

If she was left at an after hours party and the three were fessing up, it is logical to believe others would have been brought in for interrogation, all those at the party, and other houses and vehicles would have been searched..I saw none of the above, so if she was taken to another party, it seems the three have not admitted to that...
I go with likelihood #1 that Joran and possibly the other two drugged her, attacked her and killed her and disposed of the body...

The Associated Press
ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP) Three young men who have been detained for nearly a month in connection with the disappearance of a missing U.S. teen appeared before a judge Monday as prosecutors argued they should be held for another 60 days even while acknowledging they have no solid evidence to charge them with a crime.
Aruba's chief government spokesman, Ruben Trapenberg, said Friday that the three could be formally charged with a crime as soon as Monday.
The men, who have been in custody since June 9, arrived at the Dutch Caribbean island's only courthouse in unmarked cars and were escorted through a side door. Family members of 18-year-old Natalee Holloway, who disappeared on May 30, also arrived.
We felt like this was an important day and we wanted to be here," said Holloway's stepfather, George "Jug" Twitty. "Everybody is frustrated in there."
Joran van der Sloot, the 17-year-old son of a justice official in Aruba, and his friends, Surinamese brothers Deepak Kalpoe, 21, and Satish Kalpoe, 18, have acknowledged that they were with Holloway the night she disappeared.
Van der Sloot's mother, Anita van der Sloot, said her son told her he was alone with Holloway on a beach that night but that he did not harm her. The Kalpoe brothers have told police they dropped Holloway and van der Sloot off near the Marriott Hotel and that that was the last time they saw the blond-haired, blue-eyed high school graduate from Alabama.
Authorities said they have no physical evidence suggesting Holloway is dead, but Attorney General Karin Janssen has said that it would not be impossible to argue a criminal case even without a body.
Under Dutch law that governs Aruba, a protectorate of the Netherlands, detainees can be held 116 days before being charged by a judge.
Holloway vanished in the early-morning hours of May 30, the same day she was to catch a flight home after a five-day vacation celebrating her high school graduation with 124 other students from Alabama. Numerous searches by Dutch marines, Aruban investigators and volunteer rescue groups have failed to turn up any trace of her.
Holloway's mother, Beth Holloway Twitty, arrived in Aruba within hours of her daughter's disappearance and has been on the island ever since, distributing fliers, monitoring searches and appearing on national U.S. television shows to keep up the pressure on investigators.

Jerry is a wuss and he is probably afraid he might get his nose broken again..

MSNBC reported that the judge has made a decision but that they can't report it yet.
