To: unbalanced but fair
In Ohio, they have a law that states a person must have a Living Will to enforce removal of a feeding tube. But in December, the court over-ruled that.

Do you have a cite to the court's opinion? I'm very curious as to their reasoning.

Not off hand. I'm at work so it's hard. But the case was Biersack, back in December. I'll try to find it later. Mrs. Biersack had no living will but they ruled that witnesses were enough. They do still require 2 doctors to agree on the diagnosis, et.al.
