A few well-placed images of children being cuffed and arrested by the police is guaranteed to get a certain segment of the population up in arms...

And that was the idea. I bet donations really kicked into high gear after that.

I'm sure that for some of those involved, sending in their kids was the safest bet. They'd already seen enough trouble with the law, if you know what I mean, and wouldn't want to attract more attention to that fact. ;-) I can only imagine the conversation before hand.

"Dad, do I have to?"

"Son, you know I'd cross that line and get arrested, but Daddy's record is already long enough. Now get going. There's an X-Box game in it for you if you make it look like the cop used excessive force."

"Wow! Thanks, Dad!"
