I am not against judicial reform.

I also think the Schindlers were outlawyered. Do you think there is a way to equitably protect people against the fact that some lawyers are better than others? (not a sarcastic remark. I wonder how they would have done with a lawyer as good as Johnny Cochrane, for instance.)

The fact is they weren't outlawyered in the Federal Courts.

Read the 3 Member denial. Read the Majority carefully, as they twist through linguistic hoops to undo the Logic Judge Wilson bound them in in his dissent.

They read like ex post facto justifications.

That very same thing bothers me deeply. How do we prevent people from simply buying the result they want out of the judicial system?
