Thanks for the ping, but most of these Terri threads are too emotional for my taste. I'll wait for the results of the autopsy, and then we'll know for sure if the courts at least got the "permanent vegetative state" part right. If not, it'll be too late to correct the error, but legislation should prevent it from happening again, which is a good thing. If they were right, then at least that part of it will be (or should be) closed off from further debate.
But didn't you get the memo? Autopsy results showing anything other than - (1) a completely functional cerebral cortex suffering only from years of neglectful abuse and lack of rehab and (2) severe skeletal trauma matching perfectly in size and shape a one-of-a-kind custom baseball bat owned by Michael Schiavo - is obviously the result of the medical examiner and George Greer splitting up the proceeds of a ponzi scheme run by Felos.
