The courts have defined it.That is the most frightening part of this issue. Not to mention that Felos & his cronies changed the laws here in Florida to get to this end game.

I'm not so sure it wouldn't have happened even if the law hadn't been changed. The Florida law could have been ruled by the courts to another interpretation or there could have been an appeal. The Nancy Cruzan and Karen Quinlan cases set a precendence used by many states. And right now in Ohio their law about Living Wills has been over-ridden by the courts. These laws have been challenged all the time.

Why didn't the people of FL stop Felos and Co. with their own attempt to keep the laws in the range of sanity, not twisted as they are today? Aren't the citizens guilty in this.... for not stepping up to the plate to protect themselves?
