Beyond that I think most people have themselves in mind and I think a huge proportion of people looking at this are saying "Oh God, please please don't let that ever happen to me!"

If the Schindlers had won there would be millions more of us hooked up to the tubes in years to come. That's the true bottom line and everybody secretly knows it.

Yes they are scared the reverse might happen ... they get snuffed before their time ... but they are willing to take that chance as it pales in comparison.

And as for Terri: I think a lot of us truly do care. I know I wouldn't treat a dog the way they've treated her. Like ___________ said, "They never should have recusitated her."
