I am still waiting to see the exact paragraph in the U.S. Constitution that granted the Federal Government the power to intervene in a single family issue.

Of course, if you turn three times in a winder-shine direction, while balancing on one foot and during a full Moon, you can find something in the Constitution to support your position.
