Awesome!!! I've been wanting it in HTML forever and didn't know how to convert!

How bout if we post it as a start to research thread? We can add other factoids and links to the thread as well.

(If a pdf converter was used to get it in HTML, we need to go thru it - they leave some weird glitches, leaving out things and changing words.)
