I'll look after dinner; I'd find it extremely strange if lawyers were misrepresenting the Catholic Conference of Bishops in this matter.
In fact, I'd think the Church might sue over something like that if it's not true. Why don't you show it to your church and ask them what they think of it. I'd love to know their response.
The Pope has spoken but not issued an encyclical. The fact is that Catholic hospitals across the fruited plain (and around the world) have followed the procedure that is being done with Terri Schiavo and they are evaluating procedure in light of the Pope's recent comments but his words have not become the "formal position" of the Catholic Church.
