So you're one of those who criticizes Dr Laura for calling herself "doctor" and "doctor hannity" when he does his bit about people calling in for help, and Rush's Doctor of Democracy?
I totally support the idea of himself calling himself a doctor. It's great humor. A sign of intelligence is a good sense of humor. I can see the joke has been lost on you.
