Well, they need to haul that judge off to jail NOW and make sure the doctors know that the feeding tube had better be hooked up before the Federal Marshalls come to check on Terri or the doctors will be hauled off as well.

His word is crap. he never told the truth for an entire day his whole crappy life!

And you know this how?

Him and Greer should be starved. And YOU need to pray for forgiveness from God.

Are you running for His job now?

He's not the only judge who has been involved in this case, regardless of what has been posted on this forum.

And why aren't you worried that the United States Congress is setting itself up to decide when they want to come right into YOUR home and make decisions?

"She's been "dead" for 15 years... She has no cognitive thought and will NEVER experience same again."

No cognitive thought? I guess you haven't seen this:

Whatever George Will has to say about the "sanctity of marriage", you'd better believe that bad boy never said a word about the concept when he was following baseball players around to gather source material for his books.

George has developed highly selective "outrage" in his old age. Won't be long and he'll need a drool tube sucking at his lip.

because if he is incorrect, and there is no proof and indeed there is rather significant question as to whether he is correct, then the presumption has to be life.

If he is correct then why are we ignoring her wishes?

Because we believe HE IS A LYING PIECE OF GARBAGE that put her in this condition in the first place!

How many judges have been involved in this case? Do you know?... Seems like I read somewhere on the forum or some article that it has been as many as 19 or 20 over the span of this case... If so then many different legal eyes have reviewed the case from various points of view I'd guess.

"What makes you think that they haven't?"

By "strict scruity" I mean that they ought not rely simply on his word about (1) a conversation that he claims occured a long time ago, (2) a conversation that he never revealed for several years after her condition occured, and (3) a conversation that contradicts the parents' claims about what Terry would have wanted.

In addition, given that Terry never did seek out a living will, courts really ought to apply some "seriousness test" to the statement that her husband alleges she made. Since we're dealing with a human life, I believe judges should have had a high level of skepticism regarding his claims about what she said and what she really would want.

Right.

I don't want to be kept alive via ventilators or respirators, but please, don't kill me slowly by starving me to death.

Who's next? The hospital/homes are full of adult mentally & physically disabled patients who need to be fed but otherwise are not dependent on machines. Mentally & physically disabled babies who can't feed themselves are born every day... them too?

Alzheimer's patients? Breathe on their own but need to be fed. Them too?

Maybe he just really hates her? I don't know. It's just if he hadn't "suddenly remembered" a few months after that, this would no even be an issue. Either way, he could have at least tried to make her comfortable all these years. Mo ome says, "I don't want to live if I am in that condition, so I would like you to treat me like I am in a giant coffin. Also, make sure I die in one of the worst ways too. "

If so then the pain should be eliminated.. but a horrible way to die regardless.

In reading excerpts of what a person endures during a starvation death I just hope those who are claiming Terry will feel no pain as she is forced to go through this grueling process for 10-14 days are right.

Just as an aside, the Schindlers TOLD Michael years ago it was time he get on with his life.

Read the Guardian ad litems reports. The Schindlers admitted under oath they told Michael it was time to get on with life.

The Wolfson report:

Because if hearsay is inadmissibel in court for other trials and procedures, it should also be disallowed here.

Screw Mike Schiavo. he's gonna burn in hades forever anyways. Why give this evil man any benefit of the doubt?

Who's side are you on? Life or death? There's NO MIDDLE GROUND here.

EYE WITNESS REPORTS TERRI WANTS TO LIVE.

WHY WON'T MICHAEL SHIAVO LET THE WORLD SEE TERRI!!

LET CONGRESS ASK TERRI WHAT SHE WANTS!!!

"An attorney for Terri Schiavo said the severely brain-injured woman cried and yelled out that she wants to live after being told today her life-sustaining feeding tube was about to be removed by court order."

There is no need for additional legislation.

My concern is that America's omnipotent judges have gone completely wild.

Judicial Tyranny must be stopped now!
