Seriously, if the RNC thought Williams was worth over $100,000, and went to the trouble of setting up dummy cutouts to get payola to him, do you honestly believe they would not set up shill freepers (FROBLS) to accomplish the same thing at Free Republic?

If Armstrong (who?) Williams was worth $100,000, I'm sure the RNC would consider FR (that proven giant killer) to be worth many times that, and well worth setting up shill FROBLs to make bent donations.

I'm dead serious. FR is worth 100 Armstrong Williams's to the RNC. The RNC has been caught red handed in a payola scandal, using dummy cutout firms.

"No racism" has been the rule on FR since day one. Our average donation is around $30. The donations come in from our particpants and readers. Donations over a couple hundred dollars are rare. A thousand dollar donation is even rarer yet. Over one half of our donations come in from about 700 regular monthly donors averaging less than $20 each. There's no payola here. The forum policies are my own.

I agree with your suspicions about the possibility of some FROBL's being shills for another group, here only to insert noise and chaos into the discussion and foment discontent among otherwise satisfied FReepers. How else to explain the idiotic, inflammatory statements this relatively small group continuously make on any thread associated with Immigration?
