Yea. Why should we not expect every citizen be able to read it(the Constitution)? Gee maybe you should try to get white liberals in Boston to try to read it also.
You know the people who think the Constitution entitles abortion and homosexual marriage, something Hispanic immigrants to the US are not for and wouldn't "read" in the Constitution.

I think they are able to read it but have a comprehension problem.
Inbred thing, I think. I still waiting for the "foreign language" copies from the framers to show up any day.
You know , come to think of it Bostonians do have a language dialect all their own....
