You can, but you'll be labeled a racist xenophobe.

The race card is used by those who are the least likely of anyone to want the amnesty or "guest worker" program opened up to people of all races. If we needed guest workers (doubtful) then we can need people from many foreign countries, people of many races ---- but this proposed plan is limited to only one "race" --- and the open borders types have no problem with that kind of racism. If we need tons of cheap workers who have no health insurance nor education --- we can find workers cheaper than Mexicans. A Mexican might gladly work for $3 an hour --- but very likely there are other people who would work for $0.50 an hour.

This "open borders type" - as you choose to slander those who seem to disagree with you - never even thought of race. I did note the close proximity of Mexico to the United States, the sheer numbers from that country, and the economic disparities that exist between the two countries.

Qutie frankly, when you misrepresent people's positions, you seem to be trying to PROVOKE something. This is not about using the "race card" - if anything, some folks have used a "race-baiting card" to try to deflect attention from the fact that most - if not all - of the ire is directed solely at Mexico. You'll forgive me if I wonder why.
