Espinosa] William Lloyd Garrison was correct, if you read his statement in the context there is no union while there is disunion due to the fact of the southern portion of the United States was acting independent as nothing more then a tyrannical slave empire which could no longer be tolerated by men of demanding freedom for all Americans.

GARRISON: "Up with the flag of disunion, that we may have a free and glorious republic of our own. "

It would appear that you support UNILATERAL SECESSION.

Seems that William Lloyd Garrison forgot to check with the Boss in New York. Business is business, after all.

Although I'm sure Garrison would have gone along, had Lincoln or Stanton whispered in his ear how many Southern cities, plantations, and farms they intended to burn to the ground or confiscate for "taxes due".
