What's the garlic juice with cayenne supposed to do? I take cayenne capsules to reduce bleeding ... feels like you've swallowed hot coals, all the way through your digestive tract, but it's worth it.

The one good thing about the puking festival I had last week was that it stopped my feeding frenzy. I have not much appetite for coffee or junk food.
