I don't think they're kidding.
They were certainly NOT kidding in Taiwan. God started to move in a signifcant way at their college there and the powers that be had a big fit. Forced the college President to shut the meetings down and send the visitor God was working through packing.
Holy Spirit being the sort He is--tends to usually avoid working very dramatically where HE's not wanted.
The school has returned to it's typical deadness spiritually.
