Not necessarily. I personally believe in an omnipotent creator. He didn't need matter to exist before the universe was created. However, that does capture the gist of the argument.

I don't think actioner is a word. But in the scope of this argument, an action requires a cause.
On #4
for the sake of accuracy the cause of the action must be a god.
