"established evolutionary theory" What does one call a theory which is above challenge?
Law?
Evolution, for many, has become the anti-religion religion. It is a belief system. I'm not sure what you meant by "case closed", but somehow I doubt that will be the case.

No theory is beyond challenge, though some are so firmly established that it is unlikely that they will be toppled. Possible, yes -- any theory is potentially subject to falsification -- but the more that the evidence piles up, the more convincing the theory becomes.
Law?
A "law" in science serves a different purpose than a theory. "Laws" are not, as some people believe, graduated theories.

Law? Nope. Just a theory. Theories, in science, never become laws. Laws are a completely different thingy altogether.

Evolution and creation are both theories....nither can be proven or disproven without a shadow of a doubt, and both should be given equal footing. I am saying this as someone who does not concider himself religious.
