Please enlighten me as to what exactly ID predicts and how our current set of observational data show that these predictions of ID are true. The Bible says that Adam and Eve were created perfectly and that the whole world was 'very good'. ID makes the claim that in the beginning everything was perfect. When Adam and Eve sinned, it introduce the concept of death into the world and a continual spiral of degradation which is still occurring today. It doesn't matter what you look at, it's degrading. Can you name one thing that's not? In a nutshell, you asked what ID predicts - Genesis 3:3 'But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.' - so I guess that I could say that ID predicts that lots of fossils of plants and animals that are healthier than what we have today would be found (which is certainly the case if size can be equated to health). You know the story - Adam and Eve disobeyed and the observational data shows the prediction of death to be true and that everything dies.

It does? Other people have said that ID only claims that an intelligent designer is responsible for the diversity of life on the planet, not that everything was "perfect" in the beginning. Seems as though the ID pushers can't even get their stories straight.
But, hey, let's go with your claim that everything was "perfect" in the beginning. Can you show observations for this, or is your argument simply "can't you just see that I'm right?" (which, by the way, is not an argument).

So then, ID and creationism really are one and the same thing, despite all the protests to the contrary? By the way, I know of no way to test the healthiness of fossil samples. It seems to me all are equally healthy, ie. dead.

Thank you for pointing out that John Calvert is a flimflam man and ID is Biblical Creationism Concealed
