Evidently this juror said during voire dire that she could not be moved. Then why was she allowed to sit? I guess she meant it.
Well, deliberations go on. I'd like to know which juror looked at Scott Peterson. Reporter guy Vinnie exclaimed it, but I won't put much stock in that after all.
Vinnie got the info via Blackberry from someone in the courtroom (Nancy or Harriet). It's a reliable observation, but I agree, it doesn't necessarily mean anything. Maybe Scott was picking his nose.
