I still believe even if it's a mistrial, that he can legally be retried!! If someone was up to no good in the Jury wouldn't this have surfaced before now??? I'm going nuts actually!! IF Peterson walked I think I'd lose it - That would be the worst travesty of Justice I have seen since that OJ abomination!!

My impression was that he would be tried again and not simply walk if it's declared a mistrial. Jury back in courtroom now and only one looked at Snott.

Hi CO......You wanna know how far my head was up in the clouds??? really far ...I was hoping it was 11 votes for 1st and the hold up was 1 for 2nd...so they summoned lawyers scott, and scott coped a plea to 2nd to avoid death penalty...LOL think I will get busy now with my next sci fi story
