Speaking of trials, Miz. We have 1001 reasons to rejoice that President Bush was re-elected and on that list are those interesting investigations proceeding. You just know a (shudder) Kerry DOJ would have turned that Plame gj back on the Republicans, if possible, and the CIA re-organization would have been right back to Clinton era liberal faction reigning supreme again.
Let's hope some indictments crop up soon.

Back to the Peterson case, maybe a mistrial will ultimately be a boon--the next trial, I'd wager, would move a lot faster. I do feel badly for the Rochas, however, being put through this.
