Thanks for the ping--last night, some commentators on Fox were saying it could be a mistrial for that reason. Sounds serious. But if I were Geragos, I wouldn't celebrate yet--they could still decide to retry, except woops, the Petersons might be out of money.

THIS is weird. So from what I am gathering, if the Juror shared this "info" with the other Jurors, then the Jury is "tainted" and they all go home.
I can't believe this.
Wouldn't it be something if the Juror was in communication with Falconer?
