Jurors turn focus to Scott Peterson's fishing boat
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — Jurors in Scott Peterson's capital murder trial want to see the boat the fertilizer salesman allegedly used to dump his wife's body in the San Francisco Bay, according to two sources close to the case.
The panel wrote a note to Judge Alfred Delucchi Friday requesting an inspection of the 14-foot aluminum Gamefisher Peterson took out on the bay Dec. 24, 2002, the day he reported his wife, Laci, missing.
The sources confirmed to Court TV that the boat will be brought to the courthouse and jurors will see it Monday.
The request to see the boat came as the panel completed a third day of deliberations without reaching a verdict. The six men and six women have weighed evidence for nearly 19 hours. They will spend the weekend sequestered at a hotel, but they are not permitted to discuss the case until they return to the jury room at about 8 a.m. Monday.

It's pretty clear she was the odd man out. This jury is leaning toward conviction. Maybe Geragos thinks Strawberry wants to do him a favor and hang the Jury. Can you imagine, after all this, the whooping this woman will take in the Jury room, if she's "another" flake? I suspect that Strawberry just may be fooling Geragos.

I wonder HOW we could do that?? I know how to email the court house but not Distaso's office. They are pretty clever spectre, I hope they anticipate this? Do you think perhaps that they are the ones who investigated #7??? This sure didn't help the Defense. IF it was 11 to 1 for acquittal HOW would kicking an NG off the Jury help the Defense?? How dumb does Geragos think we are?

Well, I can't stand Greta either. I never watch her show. I figured Scott was guilty that Christmas Eve when they were looking for a pregnant woman whose husband was away from home, fishing for the day.

Since the jurors have been sequestered, how did juror #7 have access to a computer? Will she still be under the gag order, or will she be available for Greta's show?

Yeah I like that the best too with LOTS of whipped cream!! btw I just read that our teamster, Juror #8 reported this slimebag woman to the Judge. He's PROSECUTION all the way, WHY is Geragos smiling. It spin pure and simple. Truth is, he doesn't care what happens to Peterson. He would probably like an acquittal for his own careers sake but nothing else. He had got to KNOW Peterson is Guilty!!

She obviously did this stuff BEFORE they were sequestered. And she obviously REUSED to deliberate.
