Jurors turn focus to Scott Peterson's fishing boat
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — Jurors in Scott Peterson's capital murder trial want to see the boat the fertilizer salesman allegedly used to dump his wife's body in the San Francisco Bay, according to two sources close to the case.
The panel wrote a note to Judge Alfred Delucchi Friday requesting an inspection of the 14-foot aluminum Gamefisher Peterson took out on the bay Dec. 24, 2002, the day he reported his wife, Laci, missing.
The sources confirmed to Court TV that the boat will be brought to the courthouse and jurors will see it Monday.
The request to see the boat came as the panel completed a third day of deliberations without reaching a verdict. The six men and six women have weighed evidence for nearly 19 hours. They will spend the weekend sequestered at a hotel, but they are not permitted to discuss the case until they return to the jury room at about 8 a.m. Monday.

The Defense will spin but it doesn't really give me a clue of what's really going on. Remember, if #8, the teamster is any clue, these folks are not going to set this guy free. In addition to him there is the lady #11, she's a definite Prosecution Juror and there are others. I think this Asian woman was a problem from the beginning.

Oh brother. I don't follow the case in detail like you guys---just get the big picture---but this has irked me, big time.

Claudia Cowen on Fox says reportedly #7 kept raising questions about his motive and such.
I would guess she had excuses up the whazoo and no motive was going to satisfy her.
(Yes, I'm making gross assumptions, but there you go..)
Mickie Sherman is one of those guys that wouldn't acknowledge a fact if it slapped him upside the head. He'd rather SPECULATE!! I'm sure Michael Skakel is real happy with him. Whoops, your talking about the M. Peterson case not the Skakel case. Oh well, Sherman is tedious!!
I just want to say one more thing to you and maybe you'll not poke fun at some of us here...???
Not only are some of us here because we are crime buffs...some of us have been victims of crimes...some very similar to this one.
Helps me to see how the wheels of Justice spin.
It could be their game faces.
