Several other people inside the stolen vehicle, including the driver of the stolen vehicle, fled the scene on foot into the surrounding desert area. I know some CHPs in Cal. They say you can always tell when illegal aliens are involved, they cause these brutal accidents, then leave the innocent, dead and dying, and just run off!
