I find the timeing of this report suspicious. Very little time to substantiate it before the debate, and you know Kerry has a "plan" to protect the border. And good old Bob Schieffer is already planning to ask a question about illegal immigration. Almost sounds like a setup.
This supposedly happened before the debates were even negotiated, so I dont think that would be the target they had in mind.
