Speaking before the Congressional committee was Mr. Dan Morris, who recounted how the influx of Mexican workers for poultry processing jobs had adversely affected his community of Rogers, Arkansas.
He had moved his family there leaving Albuqueque in 1988 "because of an increase in violent crime and home robberies invasion robberies perpetrated largely by illegal aliens." He described how the rapid influx of thousands, many of whom were illegal aliens, led to three major problems: more violent crime, increased illegal drugs and rapid deterioration of the public schools.
In fact, the number of children requiring English as a Second Language instruction jumped from 63 in the school year beginning in 1991 to more than 1,600 by 1996 — a 2500 percent increase in four years.

Everyone here illegally, has 120 days to leave, then re enter legally. A lot of other countries have this same program running. It is a very simple way to keep riff-raff of ALL ethnic backgrounds out. If you cannot afford to live here, screw! Go back home. The US should not be a dumping ground for the worlds human offal. Apply for guest worker program. Bonded by employers....like $1000.00 per worker. If they have a job here....well, welcome back. If not.....go screw. No citizenship offered until they've been working here for 10 years. (Otherwise, it's like jumping the line of LEGAL immigrants).

No guest worker program will EVER work, unless we secure our borders. I rarely agree with Bill O....but on this point, he's got it right.
