After being inundated with calls from L.A. listeners, Asa Hutchinson has agreed to go on the show. He's on right now, so be there or be square. Will try to type the good stuff while I listen.
Uh, their boss just directed all of them to shut up and not talk to the KFI/press. You think some low end guy on the front lines is going to stick his head out right now and ID himself?
And the named source on your claim is who?

Six Illegal Aliens Arrested in Connection With Spree of Home-Invasion Robberies
In a string of home invasions, police say, masked, armed bandits battered and shot male victims, sexually assaulted some female victims and pistol-whipped a child.
"It's a shame that illegal immigrants can cause such a financial burden on the community and, by and large, the government is doing nothing to stem the tide," said Neil Klotzer, a Decatur resident who said he was concerned about the recent home-invasion spree...
Blame it on California
How does expecting duly elected Republican officials to do their job elect Democrats? Better yet Jim states a dedication to conservative principles and reversing our slide into socialism... how is that cause helped by the massive illegal immigration we are experiencing in this country?
LOL!

I'm an American - what are you?
Luis, you made this clear claim:
"The illegal alien issue is created by the left so that the Buchanan right defects from the GOP."
I asked you to provde evidence of this. You haven't yet.
Instead, your reply contained no statements of fact, but presented two questions for me.
I will answer your questions briefly now, but in return I ask that you back up your claim with evidence or withdraw it.
Answers to your questions:
1) No, I don't think the 'illegal alien issue' is created by the left with the purpose of seperating Buchanan followers from the GOP.
I have followed this issue since the mid-80s when Buchanan was simply a former employee of GOP administrations and a journalist. Illegal immigration was an issue here in Southern California then.
But I don't need to disprove your claim since you've offered ZERO evidence for it. Support your claim and I'll address it in more detail.
2) Democrats have been growing entitlement programs here in the USA at a great rate since the 1930s.
Several architects and advisers to FDR on these programs were 'fellow travelers' or sympathizers with the world socialist movements.
The Johnson administration added a great deal of entitlement programs as well, and the programs grew and expanded through R and D administrations as well.
If you have a clear set of evidence to offer as to how these entitlement programs were initiated to CREATE a wedge issue about illegal immigration to seperate mainstream Republicans from the "Buchanan Right," I will certainly give your argument thought.
Try to stay on topic; I was addressing those who say they won't vote for Bush in November.
Typical tactic of the left.Attack the person and don't address what the person says. So what about all of the crime illegal invaders commit? Not an issue? What about all of the social services that get sucked dry by illegals? What about the hospitals that close because of non paying illegals? What about the disaster in the public schools because of illegals? Not important issues? Not something we here in California should be concerned about? We shouldn't be DISGUSTED the federal governments lack of concern for the will of the actual American people over the wishes of FOX?
Thanks for the advice. I was responding to his rude accusation.thanks
You haven't figured him/her out yet?
I would agree that we have to re-elect Pres. Bush, I actually really admire him, but am sorely disappointed in his lack of vision on this issue. After 911 I expected our border security to become a top priority. It hasn't and it looks like it isn't about to become one.

Federal Immigration Worker Accused Of Taking Bribes;
Provided Forged Documentation Stamps and Passports to Illegal Aliens
Gudiela Sibori, an employee of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, accepted $7,900 for seven forged Alien Documentation Identification Telecommunication stamps purchased by a government informant, the indictment said. The stamps are placed on an immigrant's passport when they arrive in the United States and are temporary proof of lawful permanent residence. The stamps allow its bearer to get a driver's license and Social Security card. Sibori also is accused of providing altered, forged passports that contained the stamps to illegal aliens who were ineligible to receive them....
Coast to coast fraud and chaos, as even out voting booths are being undermined by massive voter fraud.
Blame it on California.
Now what we can agree on.
Show me where I ever wrote that illegal immigration is a "major issue" in California.
I have said it is MORE than a blip on the radar here in California, and gave you three examples.
Those three examples, along with the signature effort to stop SB40 last year are a more accurate reflection of how Illegal Immigration is "more than a blip on the radar" in CA than the failure of one man in a multi-issue race.
Until you answer my request for facts to support your claim in the other post, I'm going to take a break from answering your questions. I don't think it's unfair to expect you to answer a few so that this turns into a dialogue rather than an interview.
Yes, we can agree on reelecting Bush, but this kind of issue is liable to bite him big time this fall. If he wants to energize his base he needs to address their concerns.
All of you, knock off the personal attacks. Suspensions will follow.
Hey, they're all cultural conservatives, aren't they?
