After being inundated with calls from L.A. listeners, Asa Hutchinson has agreed to go on the show. He's on right now, so be there or be square. Will try to type the good stuff while I listen.
He is a nice guy who is letting illegal immigration continue out of control. I don't consider that too nice.
So which is it? Is it not my problem because I don't live in the land of fruits and nuts or is it my problem because it effects us all?
Samuel Avalos Gallardo is an escaped convict and illegal alien. Driving at three times the legal limit for blood alcohol, he drove in the wrong lane and struck head-on a car driven by 18-year-old Gary Selby, which killed him and severely injured his three passengers.
One year later, in 1993, Gallardo was found guilty in the DUI death of Gary Selby and for the serious injury to the other passengers, for which Gallardo was sentenced to 40 years imprisonment. Because of a terrible mistake by the Nevada Department of Corrections, Gallardo was placed in minimum security incarceration despite being a dangerous criminal and someone who could easily escape to Mexico. He did escape after only six months in jail and remains at large. The Selby family still hopes that he will be recaptured to serve out his sentence to give them some peace of mind.
Blame it on Boxer and California
Yes that is true. If anyone here wants these people here, take them into your home and raise all 13 million of them as your family. I am tired of my taxdollars being used for them instead of keeping up roads, and supporting the infrastructure, of our own country.
Still, without having to provide healthcare, WIC, education and other support for extended families, we would have a heck of a lot more money to spend on law enforcement!
Let me help you with some of this. In the end, we must all hang together as one nation, concerned about the place as a whole, or we will all hang separately.
Try to think a bit before you pound the keyboard is my best advice.
Requires a constitutional amendment. Propose it, it's long overdue.
Two - eliminate welfare as a career, limit benefits so those Americans that won't do those jobs Americans won't do won't be paid not to do them.
Done. Clinton signed it after vetoing it twice.
Third - penalize felon companies/businesses/individuals who aid/hire Illegals to the point of bankruptcy, or close them completely.
Probably a good idea, won't effect the little guys.
Fourth - charge elected officials and judges who seek to aid illegals with the same crime counts as would a citizen face under similar charges.
For how they vote? Get serious.
Fifth - require every taxpayer funded program to determine the applicant's legal status before any assistance is considered and require agencies to report fraudulent applicants to authorities.
It happens a lot. It's not fool-proof, unless you want a national ID card. I don't.
Sixth - give broad enforcement authority to all LEO's so they can help apprehend illegals.
Sounds good. Most big-city mayors will ignore it.
Seventh - eliminate any chance of apprehended illegals being given "appearance dates". Detain every one until their scheduled deportation.
Ironically, the amount of extra space needed will probably be built with illegal immigration labor. Do you have a cost estimate on that?
Last - place bounties on illegals, absconders, and their felon aids and publish their names.
But if you know who they are, how hard is it to find them? It isn't a matter of us knowing their names and just not having figured out where they are, you know.
Works for me.
It's a national problem but it is none of your business how californians want to handle it in this state and I resent your coming on this thread with your crap!
We need a national ID card AD. Face it, its necessary, for a host of reasons. Life's a bitch.
Edgar Vasquez-Hernandez is facing only a few decades in prison for destroying a young family, killing father Shawn Marti (24) and baby Sage (5 months), and putting mother Natalie into a coma for two weeks.
According to court records, Vasquez-Hernandez was driving drunk and drinking Mad Dog 20/20 wine in his pickup. The degree of intoxication has not yet been released, but it must have been substantial judging by descriptions of the accident: the accident occurred when he drove his truck eastbound in the westbound lanes of Interstate 84, resulting in the horrific head-on crash. In July, the Idaho Statesman named this case as an example of how criminal illegal aliens are released back into American communities when they should be deported.
Blame it on Boxer and California....
You and 200 million other Americans can't be wrong!
He's just doing what his president wants him to do.
Too simple. Not specific enough. All you are saying is that he should "Fix it".
I believe that during the interview Asa Hutchinson addressed the steps his office took with WalMart. However, when pressed about the existence of similar actions in Kalifornia he danced around the subject.
Interesting. Maybe other Senators pressured him to take some action. Why didn't yours?
Now then... when are you going to answer my questions?
I'll get to it. Hold on.
"We need a national ID card AD. Face it, its necessary, for a host of reasons. Life's a bitch."
Yeah, that solves it. One more card the counterfitters can sell in East LA.
I havve no use for you either you liberal POS!
(not named for his privacy), a 36 year old husband and father of two, was coming home from work one night about ten years ago. His car was broadsided by a van full of illegal aliens. He was brain-damaged, also received other very serious injuries, and to this day he must live in an assisted living home and has the mentality of a 7 year old.
Only one of the illegal aliens was caught because he couldn't run as fast as the others did. He received a menial sentence of one year in jail. The brain-damaged man and his family have received a life sentence.
Cheers. Have a good evening.
Jorge Lopez-Orozco is on the FBI wanted list for the murder of girlfriend Rebecca Ramirez and her two sons, and the agency has offered a $5,000 reward for him. Evidently she had broken off the relationship with Lopez-Orozco and he reponded by shooting the three to death, then dumping their bodies in a car which he set on fire. Local officials believe that he has escaped to Mexico and traveled there with his wife and three children. The FBI notes that the fugitive should be considered armed and dangerous.
This case was another cited by federal agent J. Kent Nygaard when he warned INS officials that immigration law non-enforcement was putting Americans at risk. He remarked, "Lopez-Orozco had been incarcerated in the Mountain Home, Idaho, jail prior to the murders, but was released with no intervention from INS because he did not fall in one of the categories of criminals that the INS is interested in."
