There is a viewing room at the top of the main tower, with windows in all directions. It is accessible to all by simply riding the elevator all the way up.

Above that, by means of a small staircase, is the observatory. See Monkey Face for access to that.

He was not so inebriated, however, that he did not recognize the splendor of his assigned lodgings.

A grand bed on a raised platform greeted him just beyond a splashing fountain. In alcoves around the room were additional accommodations for his many attendants.

A buffet area was kept stocked with fresh drinks and snacks, and led to a separate dining area beyond.

There was an entrance in the corner of the room to an opulent bathing area, and large closets. Not noticed, but available were several communication stations and other amenities.
