I have a close friend who enlisted in the Army earlier this year.

We should keep all of them in our thoughts, whether they're participating in

Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom,

securing a post-Aristide Haiti, protecting S. Korea from the demonic clutches of Kim Jong-il and the DPRK, or simply defending the homeland.
