Yep. Found out the hard way that central Texas is not coastal Georgia or South Carloina. 90-100+ starts in May and lasts until October. At least in MN the snow only falls from Nov to the end of March.

It is far easier to put more clothes on, but society demands we stop taking them off at a certain point.

That's why I prefer cooler weather.

I used to love when the weather finally cooled down enough to wear a jacket...now I can't make my raised in the snowbelt kids (we're in northen Utah) wear anything heavier than a sweatshirt...
