Sadly, it won't be for a while. The only wines being produced now are ice wines, which use a different process.
On the other hand, it will give me a chance to get some new eyeglasses ... er, so that I can observe the Quality Control procedures most exactly.
Hmm. You know, we could use some imported grapes. I think they do grow in other parts of the world. That would also give us a chance to see if the sunlamps we've ordered do a proper job of keeping the wine vat sterilized. Maybe you can get some color besides blue, as well as exercise.
Some white wines might complement our table nicely...
